"First, your pizzas are great, in our opinion, the best in Basel. BUT we wish you would consider offering a smaller version of your pizzas. We almost never actually finish them. Maybe offer a "personal pizza" that's 25-30% smaller? As for atmosphere, on a busy night it can feel very hectic. We do prefer a calmer night but we know the hectic nights are better for the bottom line!"

"The atmosphere is very nice in the Caroussel part; the ceiling is covered with painted wood like an old-fashioned merry-go-round. My pizza was good but I am personally not a fan of theose large thin slices of sausage and prefer smaller thicker ones as they are easier to eat."

"Need to wait for very long time until we could get the menu cards or make the order. We had a late arriver, again waited for long, tried to get attention of the server but failed. At the end, we waived or raise hands to call him. When he finally came, he was shortly complaining that we were raising and waiving hands. Didn’t feel good about that at all. We wouldn’t have done so if he would have looked at the tables more often."

"Really exceptionally delicious pizza with authentic quality ingredients and warm, courteous service. The lovely smell of the wood-fired oven subtly permeates the intimately decorated location with its intriguing wooden ceiling. Only the tiramisu we had was not en par. Nonetheless highly recommended for the pizza."
